Human Resources Manual

20+ pages of classroom jobs

Get the Manual for $17

Note: This is an Appendix from the book Year One: A Natural Approach to the Year. So if you have that book, please do not purchase this but look in the Appendices. I am working on some writing and videos on student jobs, to explain and model them more thoroughly than we did in A Natural Approach to the Year, and I will send anyone who purchase this Manual a coupon for $15 off that resource when it is available. But I wanted to go ahead and get this out there.

Hire your Human Resources Manager and Training Director and put this useful little manual in their hands, and watch them train, manage, hire, and fire their peers to support you when you need it in your classroom. There are enough jobs in here to keep everyone who wants to be employed, working in a job that fits their personality.

Student jobs have the potential to engage your students in a productive community and also to support YOU in your teaching. Personally, I would never leave home without them!

Contains Job Title, Desired Qualifications, Job Responsibilities, and Training Points for each job. Many thanks to Brett Chonko for his support in getting this Manual finished!
